RETURN POLICY

 

Return requirements:

 

    • The return must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
    • The product must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
    • The product must be returned in original packaging - with seals/stickers in their original and unaltered condition.
    To initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization to hello@harloc.ca, including original order confirmation and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide a return address. All returns are required to provide a tracking number from a trusted shipping provider.
     
    Harloc adheres to a strict no-paper policy in order to reduce waste as per our sustainability values as a business. This is why our shipments do not include a return slip inside the box. Harloc does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred product(s) at your earliest convenience.

     

    Harloc is not responsible for any shipping costs in relation to returning your item. Please note, refunds can only be made to the original payment method or credit card used for your original purchase.

     

    REFUNDS

    Once the returned merchandise has been checked and approved by our Quality Control team, Harloc will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note, it can take up to 5 business days to process return items - subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

     
    Please note, shipping fees and duties will not be refunded.
