Return Policy
We hope you love your Harloc purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review the following return guidelines:
- Your return must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging, including all seals and stickers in place.
- Products must be returned in sellable condition to be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, please email hello@harloc.ca with your order confirmation and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
All returns must include a tracking number from a trusted shipping provider.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, Harloc follows a no-paper policy — so you won’t find a return slip inside your shipment. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend placing a new order once your return is processed.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we are only able to refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved by our Quality Control team, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
- Please allow up to for your return to be reviewed and processed.
- Your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
Please note that original shipping fees and any applicable duties are non-refundable
