RETURN POLICY

 

COVID-19: We understand you may not be able to arrange a return as a result of your local public health regulations. In such cases, Harloc is flexible in accepting late returns: the period in which a return may be requested will be 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order.

 

Return requirements:

 

    • The return must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
    • The product must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
    • The product must be returned in original packaging - with seals/stickers in their original and unaltered condition.
    To initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization to hello@harloc.ca, including original order confirmation and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide a return address. All returns are required to provide a tracking number from a trusted shipping provider.
     
    Harloc adheres to a strict no-paper policy in order to reduce waste as per our sustainability values as a business. This is why our shipments do not include a return slip inside the box. Harloc does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred product(s) at your earliest convenience.

     

    Harloc is not responsible for any shipping costs in relation to returning your item. Please note, refunds can only be made to the original payment method or credit card used for your original purchase.

     

    REFUNDS

     

    Once the returned merchandise has been checked and approved by our Quality Control team, Harloc will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note, it can take up to 5 business days to process return items - subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
     
    Please note, shipping fees and duties will not be refunded.

     

    PROCESSING

     

    Processing times may be delayed. Generally, processing times are within 1-4 business days* however, times may vary due to ongoing issues in relation to COVID-19. We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends and holidays may take a little longer. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions. Orders may be processed in 2 shipments for a faster delivery time. In this case, the customer will receive 2 tracking numbers. We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues in fulfilling your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this together.

     

    SHIPPING 

     

    We ship directly from our distribution center and delivery times are based on the destination. Harloc will deliver your goods to the address you give for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Harloc will always try to deliver your goods within the estimated delivery times listed below - but actual delivery times are sometimes outside of Harloc’s control.   

    These are estimated delivery times and do not include potential customs delays. All delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.

    SHIPPING INFORMATION

     

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. Please note: tracking information will be updated online one business day after your order has been shipped.
    You will become the owner of the products that you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. At this point, the goods become your responsibility and Harloc will no longer have any responsibility for taking care of the goods, moving forward. 

     

    AUTHORITY TO LEAVE  

     

    Please ensure you provide a delivery address that is open during business hours (preferably a business address) to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel. Attempted deliveries will be left in a secure location*. Harloc is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been dispatched by us.

     

    TAXES AND DUTIES

     

    Please note, for all international orders - you will be responsible for any taxes and duties upon delivery.

     

    REJECTED SHIPMENTS

     

    Shipments failed to be claimed or rejected by the customer for any reason will be returned to Harloc. A $15.00 CAD return fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded in the form of a Harloc Gift Card.

     

    CHANGES TO ORDERS

     

    We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed – this includes product changes and shipping changes. We are not able to combine orders or change items on an order. If your order is returned due to an insufficient address, we will charge a $5.00 CAD return fee and issue a Harloc Gift Card for the remaining amount. It is your responsibility to contact the courier to redirect your order to the correct address. Harloc is not responsible if the order is delivered to an incorrect address provided in your original order.
