Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1–4 business days, though delays may occur during:
- Weekends or holidays
- New launches, re-stocks, or promotions
- Limited edition releases
- Ongoing supply chain challenges
While we strive to process orders within 24 hours, high-volume periods may require additional time. Some orders may ship in two separate shipments for faster delivery. If so, you’ll receive two tracking numbers.
You’ll be notified once your order ships or if any issues arise. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping
Orders ship directly from our distribution center. Delivery times vary based on destination and do not include potential customs delays. All shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Canada - Estimated Delivery Time - 2–8 business days
United States -Estimated Delivery Time 2–10 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to one business day for the tracking link to update. Ownership of the product transfers to you upon delivery to your specified address. From that point, Harloc is no longer responsible for the item.
Authority to Leave
Please provide a delivery address that accepts parcels during business hours (a business address is ideal). If no one is available, couriers may leave the package in a secure location. Harloc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched.
Taxes and Duties
For all international orders, you are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties upon delivery.
Rejected Shipments
If an order is unclaimed or rejected, it will be returned to Harloc. A $15.00 CAD return fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded as a credit.
Changes to Orders
We are unable to make any changes to orders after they’ve been placed. This includes:
- Product or item swaps
- Shipping address changes
- Order combinations
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a $15.00 CAD return fee will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded as a credit.
It is your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange redelivery or reroute. Harloc is not liable for orders shipped to addresses submitted incorrectly at checkout.
