Warranty Policy
At Harloc, we stand behind the quality of our hair extensions. While rare, we understand that issues can occur — and we’re committed to making it right. That’s why we proudly offer a 60-day manufacturer’s warranty on all Harloc hair extensions.
What’s Covered:
All Harloc extensions are backed by a limited 60-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase (as listed on your invoice).
- Warranty claims must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.
- Once a Return Authorization is approved, the product must be returned within 30 days.
- Quality Control team will assess all claims and determine whether the product qualifies as defective. Their decision is final and will be communicated directly.
What’s Not Covered:
The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, physical force, or improper care.
- Chemical processing (lifting, colouring, toning, or treating the extensions).
- Altering the product (e.g. cutting adhesive tabs or wefts).
- Incorrect application or installation of extensions
- Colour fading due to heat or UV exposure (this is a natural result and not a defect).
Except as outlined above, Harloc Hair Inc. disclaims all other warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Harloc Hair Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.
